Five Gaming Companies Make Fortune Southeast Asia 500 List

Five gaming companies secured places on the 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list. Malaysia’s Genting Group led the sector, followed by Philippine gaming operator DigiPlus Interactive, Bloomberry Resorts, Cambodia-based NagaCorp and Malaysian lottery operator Magnum.

The rankings come as Southeast Asia attracts attention from operators, suppliers and investors. According to the SiGMA Asia Market Report 2026, countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand are behind the region’s gaming growth through rising player engagement and digital adoption.

Industry executives interviewed for the report argued that regulation is the key factor determining if demand can be converted into sustainable long-term revenue.

“Asia is not an emerging market for gaming, it is an existing market that is still formalising,” said Joe Pisano, Founder and CEO of Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies.

Genting Maintains Leadership Among Regional Gaming Companies

Genting emerged as the highest-ranked gaming company on the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list, securing the 53rd position overall.

The Malaysian conglomerate operates a portfolio of casinos, integrated resorts, hotels and entertainment assets across Asia, Europe and North America. Its flagship property, Resorts World Genting, is one of the largest integrated resort developments in Southeast Asia.

The ranking highlights the strength of land-based gaming and hospitality operations despite increasing competition across the region.

While digital gaming attracts investment, large-scale resort operators are still among Southeast Asia’s most valuable gaming businesses.

DigiPlus Records Strong Growth Through Digital Expansion

DigiPlus was one of the gaming companies on the list, climbing to 215th position from 223rd a year earlier. The company operates BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone and has now appeared on the ranking for three consecutive years.

During 2025, DigiPlus generated PHP84.2 billion ($1.46 billion) in revenue, representing a 12% increase year-on-year. Growth was supported by new product launches and expansion across its digital entertainment portfolio.

“We are proud to once again be part of the prestigious Fortune Southeast Asia 500,” DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco said. “Making the list for the third straight year and moving up the ranks reflects the scale we have built and the consistency of our performance. We celebrate how far DigiPlus has come and remain committed to building a world-class technology and entertainment company.”

The company has also accelerated its international ambitions through a HKD1.6 billion ($204 million) investment in International Entertainment Corp, with plans to enter Brazil and South Africa.

Resort Operators And Lottery Brands Retain Strong Market Presence

Bloomberry Resorts ranked 303rd on the list, supported by its Solaire Resort operations in the Philippines. The company invests in its integrated resort portfolio despite growing competition in Manila’s Entertainment City.

NagaCorp secured the 362nd position through its ownership of NagaWorld in Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s largest integrated casino resort.

Malaysia’s Magnum completed the gaming representation on the list at 438th place. This company is one of the country’s top lottery and number-prediction operators.

The 2026 Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list has been released and five gaming companies were featured. These top brands include Genting, DigiPlus, Bloomberry Resorts, NagaCorp, and Magnum ranked 53rd, 215th, 303rd, 362nd, and 438th, respectively. This ranking shows how successful gaming companies have become in recent years.
