Yggdrasil has expanded further in Romania through a content partnership with Kaizen Gaming.
Under the agreement, Betano players will gain access to Yggdrasil titles including Valley of the Gods, Vikings Go to Hell and Rainbow Ryan. The deal also includes games from studios in the YGG Masters Program, including 4ThePlayer, ReelPlay and Reflex Gaming.
Kaizen Gaming operates across 20 markets through Betano and has a strong presence in Romania, where it sponsors the Romanian National Football Cup.
Partnership supports Yggdrasil’s regulated market expansion strategy
The agreement expands Yggdrasil’s distribution in Romania and gives Betano players access to a broader portfolio of proprietary and partner-studio content. Romania is a major regulated iGaming market, with projected revenues of €2.82 billion by 2029, while supporting further growth across Eastern Europe’s gaming sector.
Aurora Armaro, head of Region for Latam & USA at Yggdrasil, said: “Partnering with Kaizen Gaming, one of the industry’s leading operators, represents another significant step in Yggdrasil’s global expansion journey.
By bringing this content to Betano players in Romania, we continue to strengthen our position in key regulated markets while creating sustainable growth opportunities for both Yggdrasil and our studio partners.”
The Kaizen partnership provides Yggdrasil with a massive distribution network within the Romanian market. This ensures consistent exposure for the provider’s games through Betano’s established brand and strengthens its position within another key regulated jurisdiction.
