ParionsSport Announces Rebrand To Unibet By End of March 2026

FDJ United has announced that ParionsSport en Ligne will adopt the Unibet name by the end of March 2026. The change applies to online sports betting and poker operations. Customers will see the new branding introduced across digital platforms.

Horse racing products will be unaffected by the transition, remaining under the ZEturf umbrella. The company stated that no adjustments will be made to the horse racing offer.

FDJ United stated that its objective is to combine product capabilities and user experience in its sportsbook and online poker arms.

Players will retain access to a single account across sports betting, poker and horse racing. The group said this structure is intended to provide continuity during the migration process. “Get ready for a new gaming experience with Unibet,” the operator said in its announcement.

Portfolio alignment following Kindred acquisition

The rebrand follows commitments made by FDJ to the Autorité de la concurrence in connection with its acquisition of Kindred Group. Regulatory conditions require competitive online gambling activities to operate under brands clearly separated from FDJ’s monopoly businesses.

Shifting ParionsSport en Ligne to the Unibet label supports this separation. The move places sports betting and poker under a single competitive brand within the group’s portfolio.

FDJ United has not announced operational restructuring beyond the name change. However, this transition is described as the next stage in the company’s online betting strategy.

Customer impact and implementation timeline

The rollout will be completed by the end of March 2026. Digital interfaces, marketing materials and customer communications will reflect the Unibet brand once the process concludes.

Existing accounts will remain active without the need for re-registration. Also, payment methods and balances will be untouched under the new branding.

FDJ United has not indicated any changes to licensing or staffing as part of the shift.
