Incentive Games Secures B2B Licence from Ontario’s Gaming Regulator

Incentive Games has been granted a B2B gaming licence by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), establishing its presence in North America’s iGaming landscape. The licence is effective immediately and enables the company to offer its suite of gaming products to licensed operators and players across Ontario.

This province is one of the major iGaming markets, having launched its online gambling space in April 2022. It boasts a competitive environment where private operators are permitted to offer digital betting and casino services, if they meet the AGCO’s compliance requirements.

To secure the licence, Incentive Games met AGCO’s rigorous standards surrounding security, responsible gambling practices, and operational integrity. This achievement validates the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible conduct in the iGaming sector.

Incentive Studios will handle the distribution of gaming content in Ontario. This internal structure is designed to deliver customized services to local operators, ensuring Incentive Games meets the needs of partners and players within the province.

The two companies recently launched the Tournament Predictor game, a free-to-play title released ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup.
