DraftKings and UFC teamed up to create a responsible gaming commercial. Jon Anik, the MMA commentator, demonstrates the Responsible Gaming Center available in the DraftKings app while using concise language so every viewer can understand.
To kick things off, viewers will first watch a 15-second commercial before the ceremonial weigh-in at UFC 316 on the 6th of June. The longer 30-second version will follow on June 7th, airing in two separate slots during fight night. In addition, the 15-second advertisement will make another appearance during UFC 318 on July 19th, plus it will reach audiences on social media for the rest of the year.
DraftKings Highlights Responsible Gaming Efforts amid Growth and Legal Challenges
DraftKings Chief Responsible Gaming Officer Lori Kalani commented on this milestone, saying, “At DraftKings, our work always starts with responsible gaming, and we search for effective ways to boost awareness and learning.” Kalani pointed out that UFC offers a powerful stage to spread their message to many enthusiastic people, expressing pride in working together on this campaign to make it clear that everyone should practice responsible gaming.

Last month, DraftKings released its full financial results for Q1 2025, showing revenue of $1.41 billion for that period, which marks a 20 percent increase year-over-year, even though the company posted a net loss of $33.9 million.
