Bet365 Launching Sportsbook in Missouri on December 1

Missouri online sports betting is set to go live on December 1, 2025, and one of the first major sportsbooks available will be bet365. The popular global sports betting company will allow state residents to place bets online and on mobile devices through its easy-to-use platform.

This launch follows Missouri voters approving online sports betting with Amendment 2 in November 2024. Bet365’s entry into Missouri comes through a partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals, the first official MLB partner for the brand in the state.

Overview of Bet365

Bet365 is a British gambling company founded in 2000. It first entered the U.S. sports betting market after the Supreme Court legalized the activity in 2018. The company started in New Jersey with a partnership at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City and is now available in 15 states.

While it is not yet as big as brands like DraftKings or FanDuel, bet365 is recognized as one of the top sports betting apps. It offers a variety of betting options, from major leagues to niche sports, along with competitive odds and live betting features. The app is also known for its user-friendly design, making it easy for both new and experienced bettors to place wagers.

Bet365’s Strengths and Missouri License

Bet365 is known for its market-leading betting lines, live betting with streaming, and simple, easy-to-navigate layout on desktop and mobile. Its wide range of options per game and competitive odds make it stand out from other U.S. sportsbooks. To operate in Missouri, bet365 needed a partner because the state has two untethered licenses already held by DraftKings and Circa Sports.

The company partnered with the St. Louis Cardinals, giving it access to advertising on the team’s website, radio broadcasts, and signage at the ballpark. Bet365 also received naming rights to the stadium’s bet365 Bridge seating and hospitality deck, making the partnership highly visible to fans.

Responsible Gaming in Missouri

Online sports betting in Missouri will be regulated by the Missouri Gaming Commission. The state provides several tools to promote responsible gaming, including a Problem Gambling List for self-exclusion and 24/7 support via the 1-800-GAMBLER hotline. Additional resources are available by email at gamblingcounselor@providentstl.org and online at 1800gambler.net. Bet365 also offers its own responsible gaming tools, such as deposit and session limits, single wager limits, and time-out options. These measures are designed to help bettors manage their activity and gamble safely.

Bet365’s launch in Missouri is expected to provide a user-friendly platform with competitive odds while supporting responsible betting. The partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals also helps raise awareness and promote legal, safe sports betting in the state.
