Missouri online sports betting is set to go live on December 1, 2025, and one of the first major sportsbooks available will be bet365. The popular global sports betting company will allow state residents to place bets online and on mobile devices through its easy-to-use platform. 

This launch follows Missouri voters approving online sports betting with Amendment 2 in November 2024. Bet365’s entry into Missouri comes through a partnership with the St. Louis Cardinals, the first official MLB partner for the brand in the state.

It offers a variety of betting options, from major leagues to niche sports, along with competitive odds and live betting features. The app is also known for its user-friendly design, making it easy for both new and experienced bettors to place wagers.
