Ontario Online Gambling Made CA$307 Million in June

That figure was higher than the same month last year, but less than the record seen in May. Non-adjusted gross gaming revenue stood at 27.9% more compared with the $240 million reported in June last year. The number went down by 9.2% compared with the $338 million from May 2025. iGaming Ontario shared that online casinos took $243 million of the June total. Online casino revenue rose 41% compared with June of the previous year.

Breakdown of Online Gambling Segments

Online sports betting brought in $58 million, which was 7.9% lower year-over-year.
Internet poker made $5.4 million, up by 12.5% for the month. Players in Ontario gambled $7.26 billion in total. This amount was 21.4% more than last year, but 10% below the $8.07 billion wagered in May. Online casino bets climbed 25.2% to $6.36 billion.

Player Activity and Account Growth

People spent $768 million on internet sports betting, which stayed the same when compared with last year. Online poker bets stayed level for the month, totalling $132 million. iGaming Ontario counted one million active online gambling accounts in June. That was 20.9% more than the previous year, and 5.2% lower when compared with May. The average revenue per active player rose by 5.9% to $303 million. This was 4.1% under the $316 average seen in May.
