WWE and Fanatics Betting and Gaming, under TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), agreed on July 15, 2025, to begin an exclusive multi-year license partnership aimed at distributing WWE-themed online casino games within the United States.

This contract grants Fanatics Betting and Gaming permission to make WWE-themed casino games solely for their Fanatics Casino brand, which is accessible on iOS, Android, and the web to users in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
