Dr. Gloria Herndon, a renowned international economist and philanthropist, is preparing to launch a pioneering charitable casino platform in Kenya. With a license secured, this initiative is a huge step in her mission to align entertainment with social impact. The platform will operate through Top Deck Entertainment, a licensed charitable casino operator committed to delivering regulated and community-focused gaming. 

This venture aims to turn gaming revenues into a sustainable funding stream for social programs benefiting

A portion of the net profits from casino operations will also be channeled directly into these charitable programs.
