Cavendish Trust and Digital Isle of Man supported Digitain during the licensing process from start to finish. Johnston added that the Island attracts technology providers valuing regulatory standards and system certainty. He confirmed government support for the iGaming sector, delivering economic value for the Isle of Man. Digitain Director Aida Vardanyan said the Isle of Man stands among recognised iGaming jurisdictions worldwide. She said working under the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission oversight built confidence for regulated operations. Vardanyan said the Blue Whale Limited licensing process followed structured steps and open regulatory engagement. She noted the process reflected regulatory knowledge and institutional systems present on the Island.
Vardanyan said Cavendish Trust provided guidance, regulatory input and operational support during the journey. She added Cavendish Trust experience and jurisdiction knowledge supported the achievement of this licensing milestone. Vardanyan confirmed Digitain plans continued partnership while expanding its regulated business from the Isle of Man. The licence announcement followed recent Digitain staffing changes and licensing progress across European markets. This included Alex Jones appointment as UK Sales Director in November 2025. The company also secured a Belgian gaming licence in September under European expansion plans.
