Continent 8 Technologies has extended its partnership with Nutanix, after selection as an early access partner for Nutanix Service Provider Central, or SP Central. This was first announced in April 2026, making them among the first service providers to commercially deploy a service using the multitenant platform.
The service combines Nutanix technology with Continent 8’s operational governance model, supporting their cloud engineering and infrastructure modernisation work. Hence, they are equipped to support regulated customers with cloud migrations, cost optimisation and changing technical and compliance requirements worldwide.

Partnership has already supported major customer cloud migrations

The partnership has already delivered results for Sportingtech, where Continent 8 led a VMware-to-Nutanix migration that avoided a projected rise in virtualisation costs while preserving security, performance and compliance requirements.
