Sky Vegas will return as the main sponsor of The Fortune Hotel as the hit reality series comes back for a second season this August. The show will air on ITV1 and ITVX, bringing more suspense and competition to viewers across the UK.
Produced by Tuesday’s Child and hosted by Stephen Mangan, the series follows 11 teams battling for a briefcase filled with £250,000. Each episode ends with an “Early Checkout,” which eliminates one pair from the game. The format mixes strategy, mystery and social dynamics, offering the kind of content that made the first season a success. Sky Vegas builds on its existing entertainment partnerships and continues to align itself with premium content.
Expanded Sponsorship Brings Multi-Platform Reach
Sky Vegas’ renewed partnership includes 80 seconds of branding per episode across broadcast and streaming. Viewers will see 10-second branded bumpers around episodes on ITVX and STV Player. This guarantees consistent visibility during the show’s run.
In addition to the on-screen presence, Sky Vegas will also sponsor the companion podcast Late Checkout. Hosted by Ellie Taylor, the podcast will follow each episode and offer exclusive interviews and extra footage. It adds another layer to the audience experience and gives fans more ways to stay connected with the show.
By investing in multiple formats, it aims to stay at the center of the entertainment experience from screens to speakers.
Branded Slot Game Launches with the Show
To bring fans even closer to the action, Sky Vegas has teamed up with Banijay Rights to launch a new branded slot game based on The Fortune Hotel. The game reflects the atmosphere and themes of the series, creating a direct link between the gaming and TV experience.
This marks another example of how Sky Vegas ties its brand to popular entertainment, giving users more engaging content across platforms. The slot game will launch alongside the show and offers an interactive way for players to enjoy the series beyond traditional viewing.
Strengthening a Growing Entertainment Strategy
A spokesperson from Sky Vegas commented on the partnership and the excitement around the show’s return. “We’re excited to return for a second year with The Fortune Hotel. The show’s mix of sunshine, strategy and suspense really resonated with viewers and this new series promises even more twists and turns, with our expanded partnership including the Late Checkout podcast and our new slot game we’re bringing fans closer than ever to the action.”
This collaboration also continues Sky Vegas’ recent shift in strategy. After launching The Household Games in 2024 and refreshing its advertising approach, the brand has focused on experiences bringing gaming and entertainment.
The Fortune Hotel returns in August 2025, airing Wednesdays and Thursdays on ITV1 and ITVX. With high stakes and new ways to engage, the partnership sets the stage for another successful run.
