Oddin.gg has received a sports betting vendor licence from the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission, allowing the company to supply esports betting services within the state. The approval follows Maryland setting new records in sports betting revenue and handle during November 2025.
“Maryland represents an important addition to our North American regulatory footprint,” Oddin.gg Co-Founder and Managing Director Marek Suchar said.
“The state’s strong sports betting performance and growing esports community create an ideal environment for operators to deliver market-leading esports betting experiences. This license strengthens our ability to support partners in Maryland as esports continues to gain traction among bettors.”
With the Maryland authorisation, Oddin.gg now operates across seven regulated territories, including Arizona, New Jersey, Colorado, West Virginia, Ohio, and Ontario in Canada.
Maryland posts record handle and revenue
Maryland bettors generated $720.1m in sports betting handle during November 2025, and also $95.4m in monthly operator revenue. These figures represent monthly records for the state.
Furthermore, Maryland processed more than $6.6bn in wagers across the full-year 2025. Therefore, its market holds commercial significance for suppliers seeking opportunities for regulated expansion.
Product development continues through BetPeek launch
In October 2025, Betpeed partnered with Oddin.gg to introduce BetPeek, an interactive esports viewing platform available exclusively on Thunderpick.io. The product integrates live viewing tools with wagering functionality inside a single interface.
BetPeek allows users to switch between player perspectives and reposition the in-game camera during matches. The system also includes DVR style controls such as play, pause and rewind, plus access to strategic data and embedded betting features.
The platform is built to provide detailed insight into player behaviour, momentum changes and rotations often absent from standard broadcast feeds.
