DraftKings has unveiled a new campaign encouraging responsible play as the NFL season gets underway. The initiative was launched in recognition of Responsible Gaming Education Month and will run for one month. It includes a sweepstakes competition designed to reward customers who engage with the operator’s responsible gaming tools.
Prizes on offer include NFL game tickets, with the final prize featuring a trip to Super Bowl LX. To qualify, customers must interact with tools such as My Budget Builder and My Stat Sheet, designed to help players better understand and manage their gaming activity.
Tools Supporting Responsible Gaming
My Budget Builder, introduced in June 2025, has seen early adoption among customers and allows players to set personalized spending limits. It works in tandem with My Stat Sheet, a tool offering users a summary of their play activity and insights into gaming habits.
Since its launch over a year ago, My Stat Sheet has been used by approximately 3.4 million customers to track and review their activity. This level of engagement highlights the importance of data-driven tools in driving transparency and accountability.
The company emphasised that the rollout reflects its focus on customer well-being. With the NFL season starting, DraftKings is integrating tech-driven programs empowering users to make informed choices while enjoying their experiences.
Industry Partnerships and New Initiatives
In addition to the sweepstakes, DraftKings has teamed up with the UFC on a responsible gaming advertising campaign featuring well-known MMA commentator Jon Anik. The collaboration is part of efforts by the operator to increase awareness of responsible play across different audiences.
Ahead of the NFL season, DraftKings has also shared its new Code of Responsible Play with customers. The document outlines principles and best practices to guide users in maintaining a healthy balance when engaging with sports betting and fantasy sports products. By expanding access to responsible gaming resources, the operator hopes to foster a more informed player community.
