Kangwon Land has signed a new deal with Neowiz to develop slot game software for its casino. The partnership started in 2021 and now includes Neowiz’s subsidiary, Massive Gaming (MVG). Together, Neowiz and MVG will create new slot games using Kangwon Land’s system and facilities.

While Neowiz and MVG will handle software development, Kangwon Land will take charge of producing the hardware and launching the games in its casino. The goal of the collaboration is to create high-quality and innovative slot games that appeal to local and international audiences.

Kangwon Land Casino remains the largest casino in South Korea and is the only one where Korean citizens are allowed to play. The casino operates more than 1,360 slot machines and video games, along with 200 table games. The new deal strengthens the companies’ existing partnership. Last year, Massive Gaming’s online slot game Shen Shou Wan Fu was converted into a physical slot machine and launched at Kangwon Land Casino. George Cho, CEO and Director of Massive Gaming, expressed excitement about the extended partnership. Massive Gaming has already built a reputation for producing engaging digital and arcade-style games, including titles like crash and plinko.
