155.io Makes African Debut via Betika Collaboration

155.io’s game selection is now accessible in Africa because of its partnership with Betika.

Key Points:

  • Betika has agreed to bring 155.io’s content into African regions.
  • The operator will offer 155.io’s games in Uganda and Kenya first, with more markets planned.

Provider 155.io presented its products to African players by teaming up with Betika, and now 155.io’s real-world games appear on the Betika system. Players in Uganda and Kenya can now access different 155.io games, including Marbles.io, Stairpong.io, and Ducks.io, after launch on the Betika site. The companies also have plans to continue their rollout to more countries, and fresh announcements about expansion are expected soon.

Entry into Africa

155.io’s founder and CEO, Sam Jones, explained that Africa is a big opportunity for the company, with mobile-focused users and growing interest in fresh social gaming options. He also mentioned that Betika works best for their first step into Africa because the operator knows the region well and covers many markets. Both companies are now providing nonstop real-world gaming to a new group of African players.

Betika’s Recent Moves

This new deal comes after Betika signed a similar agreement with Galaxsys in Q4 2024, letting Betika show Galaxsys’ games across Africa. Last year, Betika also worked with NE Group to bring the Defender crash game into markets like Kenya, Tanzania, DRC, and Ethiopia. Betika started offering gambling services in Africa back in 2016.

In this recent partnership, Peter Stagles (Betika’s Chief Product Officer) said that adding 155.io’s games would quickly improve what Betika offers in Africa. He described the 155.io games as matching Betika’s promise to deliver valuable experiences for people playing on their platform. Both Betika and 155.io wish to grow their presence in Africa and help shape future gaming for new players.
