Apple iSports to Acquire LBC Enterprises in Strategic Deal

Apple iSports has signed an agreement to acquire LBC Enterprises, a gaming company based in Queensland. The deal signals AiS’s move into regulated global markets and supports its strategy to grow B2C and B2B offerings.

The transaction has received approval from both companies’ boards of directors. It is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, pending standard regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Once completed, Apple iSports will acquire all shares of LBC Enterprises, which operates under the Lucky Bet brand.

LBC will retain its name and operate independently, with CEO Ian Parke staying in his current role. He and James Tennant will grow the Apple iSports board through deep operational and market expertise.

Strengthening Global Reach and Product Offering

The acquisition will accelerate Apple iSports’ expansion in key global markets. With LBC’s technology and operational strength, AiS will enhance gaming and payment services while scaling its platform.

This acquisition validates the global opportunity we see in regulated, tech-driven gaming, by combining our platform with AiS’s reach and resources, we are in a strong position to grow into new markets and scale our white label program”, said Ian Parke.

Apple iSports will gain access to LBC’s proprietary technology and payments infrastructure. These assets support all areas where Apple iSports plans to reach.

Leadership Endorsements and Strategic Fit

Joe Martinez, CEO and Chairman of Apple iSports, said the deal reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and value creation.

He said, “Our service offerings to B2B and B2C will now be significantly enhanced in a rapidly growing sector, combined with our exceptional team, this transaction puts us on track to enter and lead in global markets.”

Lyndon Hsu, Board Director at Apple iSports, noted that the acquisition aligns with AiS’s strategy, including preparations for a future NASDAQ listing.

The deal gives Apple iSports a strong operational base in Australia. It supports the company’s roadmap for offering digital betting and gaming services on a global scale.

Momentum Builds Ahead of Q3 Closures

The LBC acquisition is the second major transaction announced by Apple iSports in recent months. It follows the company’s intent to acquire AmeriCrew. This deal is set to close in Q3 2025. Together, the two transactions signal a period of rapid transformation for Apple iSports.

As gaming evolves, Apple iSports positions itself to lead with technology and strategic partnerships. The company is strengthening its platform, expanding its executive team, and entering new markets. Adding LBC Enterprises brings new depth to its platform and moves the company closer to becoming a top player in global gaming.
