AskGamblers Complaint Service Surpasses $74m in Recovered Funds

The AskGamblers Complaint Service (AGCS) reached a total of $74 million in recovered money, as it managed over 30,000 complaints from the more than 90,000 submissions collected during the last 15 years. AGCS began with a purpose to help players get their winnings back from online casinos, addressing a common industry issue. Recent statistics show AGCS’s effect is increasing, as the platform returned $2.6 million just in the first quarter of 2025.

This $2.6 million adds up to about 40% of what the service brought back for players in all of 2024, so dispute settlements are speeding up each year. Recently, AGCS helped one player recover $110,000, who otherwise would have received full payment after three years based on the casino’s payout terms. With AGCS stepping in, this player got the complete amount much faster than the original schedule. Looking at daily averages, AGCS increased recovered funds by 53.8% year-over-year, going from $18,826.63 each day in 2024 to $28,947.66 per day in 2025.

The AGCS team worked on 28.6% more complaints in 2024 than in the year before, which shows a bigger need for a third party to help solve problems with online gambling. AGCS figures for 2024 also show it achieved an average of $124,481.73 back per week and $539,420.83 per month. By March 2025, AGCS had already passed the $70 million mark, going over $60 million in recovered money just the year before.

The complaint service runs in six languages, helping people from anywhere, and connects directly between players and operators, no matter where they are. AGCS assists people on every platform, regardless of location or partnerships with certain companies, so users everywhere can file a complaint and get support.

Customer support team lead Danijela Pavlovic said the AGCS team has contributed to these results, noting more players now turn to independent services to recover their money. She stated that AGCS is designed to be simple and focused on users, addressing problems that have existed for a long time in online gambling.
