A GPWA user was taken aback after carefully reading the terms and conditions of an affiliate program: revenue share is disabled after six months of a player’s registration.
The program in question, Jumpman Affiliates, offers affiliate deals to promote bingo brands in the UK’s substantial market.
While the Jumpman Affiliates manager clarified that this rule has always been in place, albeit with varying durations (previously 12 months, then 9, and now 6), the user admitted to overlooking this detail in the terms and conditions.
The author admits to not thoroughly examining the program’s terms before starting work. However, in the CIS community where the affiliate in question comes from, many do not bother with the fine print, but doing so can reveal crucial information.
This incident highlights the importance of reviewing terms and conditions from time to time, as even casino or betting affiliate programs can sometimes include surprising clauses.
