Stats Perform has been confirmed as the first-ever official worldwide distributor of FIFA betting data and betting streaming rights and it secured exclusive rights, including FIFA World Cup 2026 coverage.
The multi-year agreement marked a major shift in the distribution of FIFA betting data and live content to licensed betting operators around the world. Under the agreement, Stats Perform will take full control of collecting and distributing official FIFA betting data and live streams for a broad set of FIFA competitions. Stats Perform CEO Carl Mergele said clients will feel delighted to see FIFA events added to Opta and RunningBall betting data, plus Bet LiveStreams powered by AI.
The portfolio includes an expanded 48-team World Cup with all 104 matches from 11 June until 19 July. It also covers FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027, FIFA Futsal World Cup 2028 and future Women’s Futsal World Cup, FIFA U-20 World Cup, FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup and FIFA Intercontinental Cup through 2029. Stats Perform said the deal adds thousands of matches each season from FIFA member association competitions delivered through FIFA+.

A Shift in the Betting Paradigm
Stats Perform RunningBall division will manage the collection and worldwide distribution of ultrafast FIFA betting data for licensed sportsbooks. This data will support pricing models, trading work, bet settlement and in-play betting interfaces. Stats Perform Opta division will supply official player stats, live scores, match trackers and analytical insights and reinforce Opta as a data source across regulated betting. The agreement also grants exclusive distribution rights to Stats Perform for live betting streams for selected FIFA competitions.
Licensed sportsbooks in approved territories will offer live match video through Bet LiveStreams that uses AI-driven tech to cut latency and boost reliability and scalability. Coverage includes exclusive streams for the 2026 World Cup and 2027 Women’s World Cup and aligns live video with in-play betting products. The arrangement reflects FIFA’s decision to place betting data and streaming under one authorised distributor and pushes regulated operators to use official content and avoid unofficial feeds.
