Former Relax, Kindred and Evolution Executives Start Big Daddy Gaming Studio

The new company wants to bring creativity and long-term engagement back to online slots. Industry veterans lead this effort. Senior iGaming executives created Big Daddy Gaming together. Former leaders from Relax Gaming, Kindred and Evolution run this new slot development studio. Gaming investment fund Castech provides financial backing.

Simon Hammon previously served as CEO of Relax Gaming. Daniel Eskola worked at Relax and Kindred before. Erland Hellstrom gained commercial experience during Evolution’s rapid growth period. The studio combines proven mechanics with creative design. They also focus on operator-friendly commercial models.

Erland Hellstrom Appointed CEO of Big Daddy Gaming

Erland Hellstrom became CEO of Big Daddy Gaming. He said: “Our team brings experience from game development and tier-one operator relations. Every title we create gets engineered for performance. We design games considering real operator challenges.” Hammon explained the studio wants to become a reliable supplier partner. They plan to deliver consistent and engaging content. Hammon stated, “We understand what creates lasting engagement. Our technical maturity lets us execute properly. We make content that stays robust, reliable and genuinely fun.”

Eskola commented, “Big Daddy Gaming believes successful partnerships begin with humility. They end with measurable returns. High-quality content secures long-term player loyalty. We stay committed to providing this consistently.” The company uses something called “Game DNA” to drive their model. This design approach mixes established mechanics with original features and humour.

Big Daddy Gaming Emerges to Break Formulaic Content Trends in iGaming

The founders say this counters formulaic content saturation. They see too much repetitive content in the online slots market. Big Daddy Gaming launched after leadership changes happened across iGaming suppliers. Relax Gaming expanded through a bet365 partnership in Italy during September. Hammon and Eskola both held senior positions there previously. The partnership added games like Money Train 3 and Book of Power to bet365’s platform. The new studio expects to release its first titles this year. Several commercial agreements have already progressed before the official rollout begins.
